OK so With a population of 1,754, Haubstadt is a small town. The median home value here is around $220,000, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. TIA! Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up.
