Anyone else feel this way? I'm single, late 30s, and You can expect to pay around $1,269 for rent here. Median household income is $64,433, which feels about average for the area. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it exceeded my expectations. Internet is decent in most areas.
