Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. The median home value here is around $186,800, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,269/month for a decent place. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Thoughts? TIA!
