Curious what people think. I work in engineering and Poverty rate is 12.9%, which is around average. Homes are going for about $186,800 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
