Haverhill vs Sacramento -which is better?

Born and raised here. Household incomes average around $87,675 in Haverhill. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 4 years ago from Phoenix and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Riverside. It's pretty good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is established right now, especially in legal. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally hit or miss. It took about 13 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: improving. Tons of options if you like Southern.

No regrets on my end..
