First post here. Household incomes average around $87,675 in Haverhill. Homes are going for about $426,900 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Worth the trade-offs?

Hot take but the quality of life is solid. I know a lot of people disagree but after 10 years here, that's my honest assessment.
