Anyone work in healthcare in Hawaiian Beaches?

Longtime lurker here, I've been here for 2 years and The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. With a population of 4,503, Hawaiian Beaches is a small town. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The ...
