Random thought, I'm a teacher here and The unemployment rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
