First post here. I've been here for 3 years and Rent is about $1,723/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,723 for rent here. Average temperature is around 61--F, so the weather is moderate. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Hawthorne?
