Relocating to Haymarket, VA -pros and cons?

So, My family moved here when I was a kid. You can expect to pay around $2,221 for rent here. Household incomes average around $174,306 in Haymarket. Median household income is $174,306, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $563,600 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
