Is Hayti walkable?

Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $276,700 on average. Household incomes average around $79,792 in Hayti. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 11 years ago from Houston and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: If you look outside the main areas you can find deals. We're paying /mo for a 4-bed in Cedar Grove. It's challenging for what you get.

Jobs: The market is developing right now, especially in manufacturing. If you're in finance you might struggle.

People: Generally better than expected. It took about 7 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: surprisingly good. Tons of options if you like Thai.

Feel free to reach out with questions..
