Hayward vs Cincinnati — which is better?

Hey, Poverty rate is 6.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $820,700, which is pretty steep. Rent is about $2,360/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,360 for rent here. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thanks! I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's not perfect but it works for me.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are tough, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've been living here for 7 years and I'd say it exceeded my expectations. The pet-friendliness is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
