Average temperature is around 56°F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 3.9%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Am I overthinking this? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
