Just moved to Hayward, any tips?

So, I've been here for 12 years and Household incomes average around $113,775 in Hayward. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The suburbs are where most families end up. Thoughts? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.
