Been meaning to ask this. We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 5,105 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
