Anyone else feel this way? With a population of 6,482, Hazardville is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 6,482 people. The median home value here is around $230,400, which is actually reasonable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
