Alright, We're a young couple and Rent is about $1,439/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $181,400 on average. With a population of 13,493, Hazel Crest is a small town. The median home value here is around $181,400, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What do you all think?
