Hello, My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,665/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $424,500 on average. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The suburbs are where most families end up. Should I be concerned? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
