Alright, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $1,051/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 3,765 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What do you all think?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.
I've been here 1 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is traffic. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into camping, this place is tough.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Sunset side vs the North side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Definitely worth checking out..

I've been here 1 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's developing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the cost of living is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is improving.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it was the best decision I ever made. Internet is average in most areas.

I'm a electrician and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The community is decent and there's always something going on.
