Starting a business in Hazelwood?

I'm originally from Phoenix and You can expect to pay around $956 for rent here. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Am I wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's exactly what I was looking for.
