Studio apartments in Hazleton -options?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm retired and It's a a smaller city city with about 29,886 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. What would you do? Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The safety is decent compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

Bought a house here in 2024 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone down slightly since then.
