Cost of living reality check -Headland

Anyone else feel this way? Average temperature is around 67--F, so the weather is moderate. What neighborhoods would you suggest? TIA!

Used to live on the Maple Ridge side, now on the Westside side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

As someone who grew up here, it's been a really good experience overall. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much pricey but now it's pretty good.
