Thinking about relocating to Headland from Portland

Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 0.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $82,736 in Headland. You can expect to pay around $793 for rent here. Homes are going for about $190,700 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Does this match your experience? Thanks! The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. it's been a really good experience overall. Internet is better than expected in most areas.
