Co-working spaces in Healdsburg?

Hi all, Just moved here 14 months ago and Homes are going for about $946,900 on average. It's a a small town city with about 11,274 people. The weather takes some getting used to. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. What do you all think? The suburbs are where most families end up. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are wild. You get used to it after the first year.

OK so I've been meaning to write this for a while. I moved here 7 years ago from Nashville and here's my honest breakdown:

Housing: Older homes are where the value is. We're paying /mo for a 3-bed in Fairview. It's surprisingly good for what you get.

Jobs: The market is wild right now, especially in government. If you're in tech you might struggle.

People: Generally challenging. It took about 6 months to build a solid friend group.

Food: excellent. Tons of options if you like Mexican.

Happy to answer more specific questions..
