Longtime lurker here, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and You can expect to pay around $843 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up.
