Hi all, I'm originally from Atlanta and Crime rate is something to consider -Heath sits at 130.7 per 100K. You can expect to pay around $1,854 for rent here. The median home value here is around $681,500, which is pretty steep. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
