I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $39,356, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 33.1%, which is higher than I expected. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I overthinking this?
