Alright, We have two kids and Homes are going for about $571,300 on average. Poverty rate is 4.0%, which is pretty low. With a population of 17,438, Heber is a small town. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? Property taxes are high but you get good services. We moved here with our family and the quality of life is solid. Schools in Fairview area are average. Kids love it here.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 12 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is dating scene. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into surfing, this place is pretty good.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Riverside side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Definitely worth checking out..
