Best hidden gems in Heber

Hey, We have two kids and It's a a small town city with about 17,438 people. The median home value here is around $571,300, which is pretty steep. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Moved here from Phoenix about 2 years ago. it's not perfect but it works for me. Still getting used to walkability but Definitely worth checking out..

I've lived in Westside for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

I'm still on the fence after all this time. When I first moved here from Minneapolis, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Lots of new development happening
- The walkability scene is solid

The downsides:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Good luck with whatever you decide..
