Studio apartments in Hebron -options?

OK so I'm originally from Tampa and It's a a small town city with about 6,637 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Hebron sits at 195.2 per 100K. Rent is about $1,402/month for a decent place. Median household income is $101,980, which feels pretty solid for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Any advice would be great. Thanks for reading. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I'm a nurse and I've found I love the pace of life here. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 5 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is cost of living. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the Sunset side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
