Curious what people think. Just moved here 5 months ago and With a population of 1,297, Hebron is a small town. It's a a small town city with about 1,297 people. Poverty rate is 18.5%, which is higher than I expected. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? TIA! People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
