Alright, Household incomes average around $184,141 in Hedwig Village. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.
I've been here 4 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is outdoor recreation. It's affordable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is average.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Pine Hills side vs the Riverside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Good luck with whatever you decide..

Moved here from Austin about 2 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to community vibe but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Public transit is tough here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Bought a house here in 2020 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
