Moving to Helena for work -advice?
OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $1,058 for rent here. Poverty rate is 4.2%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
