Anyone else feel this way? I'm a 25-year-old restaurant manager and Median household income is $69,341, which feels about average for the area. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
