Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. You can expect to pay around $1,231 for rent here. Household incomes average around $63,824 in Helena Valley Southeast. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Anyone in a similar situation? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
