So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 40--F, so bundle up in winter. Crime rate is something to consider -Helena Valley West Central sits at 527.9 per 100K. Rent is about $1,225/month for a decent place. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Am I overthinking this? TIA! Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
