OK so I'm originally from Phoenix and You can expect to pay around $1,626 for rent here. Average temperature is around 47--F, so expect cold winters. Homes are going for about $292,300 on average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
