Worst things about Hemlock nobody talks about

I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $92,031 in Hemlock. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. What would you do?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
