Best neighborhoods to rent in Henderson?
Random thought, Crime rate is something to consider -Henderson sits at 229.1 per 100K. Is this normal for Henderson?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Phoenix it's decent.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a electrician who relocated here from Denver about 2 years ago. The main reasons were family and a fresh start.
Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Strong job market in several industries
Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Homeless population growing downtown
Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. Older homes are where the value is. Groceries are stable, gas is pretty good.
Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. No regrets on my end..
