Unpopular opinion about Henderson
First post here. Poverty rate is 17.9%, which is higher than I expected. Household incomes average around $47,176 in Henderson. Crime rate is something to consider -Henderson sits at 229.1 per 100K. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

- Plenty of shopping options

- Far from major airports
- Limited cultural events
