Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 27,994, Henderson is a smaller city. Rent is about $788/month for a decent place. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
