Healthcare options in Henderson?
Anyone else feel this way? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Does this match your experience?

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Denver about 7 years ago. The main reasons were school and a fresh start.
Pros I've experienced:
- Cost of living is very reasonable
- Decent public transit for the size
- Diverse dining options
Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Homeless population growing downtown
Financially, we've found it solid compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are developing, gas is underrated.
Socially, it was the best decision I ever made. Would recommend to anyone considering it..
