Curious what people think. I'm retired and It's a a mid-size city city with about 325K people. The median home value here is around $465,000, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 5.7%, which is pretty low. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
