How are the schools in Henderson?
Hey, Any advice would be great. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a real estate agent who relocated here from Nashville about 9 years ago. The main reasons were school and a fresh start.
Pros I've experienced:
- Good schools in most areas
- Good airport with direct flights
- Strong sense of community
Cons that are real:
- Rising rent and home prices
- Homeless population growing downtown
Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are pricey, gas is tough.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. Happy to answer more specific questions..

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great Mediterranean places. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad.
