Dog-friendly places in Henderson?

I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The median home value here is around $166,900, which is actually reasonable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The weather takes some getting used to.

Came here for a fresh start and stayed because it's improved dramatically in recent years. The dating scene is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's been a really good experience overall. The only thing I'd watch out for is cost of living. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is cultural scene. Other than that, No regrets on my end..

I've lived in Midtown for about 15 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from New York, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Decent public transit for the size
- Lots of new development happening
- The traffic scene is improving

The downsides:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Far from beaches/mountains

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for retirees. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
