Hello, The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 8.6%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Worth the trade-offs? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
