Anyone else feel this way? I work in healthcare and Median household income is $54,179, which feels on the lower side for the area. You can expect to pay around $1,011 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
