Hendersonville housing prices -when will it stop?

OK so My family moved here when I was a kid. Crime rate is something to consider -Hendersonville sits at 171.3 per 100K. Rent is about $1,552/month for a decent place. Homes are going for about $396,500 on average. Property taxes are high but you get good services. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up.

Bought a house here in 2022 and I love the pace of life here. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. it's exactly what I was looking for. Compared to Atlanta it's surprisingly good.

I work in manufacturing here and it's not perfect but it works for me. The job market for my field is tough. Feel free to reach out with questions..
