Is Hendersonville a good place to live?
Hey everyone, I work in insurance and The median home value here is around $396,500, which seems about average. Crime rate is something to consider -Hendersonville sits at 171.3 per 100K. With a population of 62,390, Hendersonville is a smaller city. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Would love some local perspective.
