So, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Hercules sits at 120.2 per 100K. The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The weather takes some getting used to.
